Previously owned by the Finnish state. Current owner has carried out extensive refurbishment of the vessel's accommodation. The vessel maintains high interior standards. Airisto currently holds Finnish Class notation for the Baltic Sea region, with minimum crew requirement of 5 persons, unattended engine room operation up to 12 hours, and passenger capacity of 11–12 persons.

Main deck: office and large open-plan saloon. Two intermediate decks: 12 cabin berths, galley, mess, WC, showers, sauna and storage spaces. Aft deck: Palfinger 2400 hydraulic cargo crane and hydraulic A-frame.
